A cleaning fee of $120 will be added to the total
½ payment deposit due at time of booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
We are happy to negotiate a rate for stays over one month.

Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Security Deposit:
- $300 due 30 days prior. To be refunded 14 days after.
Cancellation Policy:
-Full refund if notified in writing 90 or more days prior to occupancy.
- 30 to 90 days prior to occupancy forfeit the 50% payment deposit unless we can rebook.
- Under 30 days no refund unless we can rebook exact days.
